1. Acceptance of Terms
"By registering for a 7-day trial or subscribing to NailMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using NailMate on behalf of a salon, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms."
2. Description of Service
NailMate provides an AI-powered suite including a WhatsApp chatbot for automated bookings, an "Artistic Brain" for trend analysis, and payment integration via Stripe.
Standard
Standard Plan: Includes the WhatsApp Receptionist, booking reminders, and Stripe link generator.
Premium
Premium Plan: Includes all Standard features plus AI Design Generator and Social Media automation.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Fees are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. AI Disclaimer
Our "Artistic Brain" provides creative inspiration and business support based on high-fashion data and nail fundamentals. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. NailMate is not liable for artistic choices or business outcomes resulting from AI suggestions.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree that NailMate may process salon and customer data through Google Cloud and Pinecone for service delivery.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any images uploaded for AI analysis do not violate third-party intellectual property rights. You must also ensure your use of the WhatsApp bot complies with local UK communications laws.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
